Lost several chickens to what looks like Newcastle disease. How can I prevent this in the future? What vaccines are recommended?

I've been using organic fertilizers for the past 3 years and the results are amazing. Compost and manure work well.

Vaccination is crucial for poultry. I vaccinate against Newcastle disease every 3 months.
